Great place

Great location and wonderful restaurant. I wish they had some American TV and drinking water.

I loved the area! Beach front. Close to everything. Front desk was helpful. Just hard to take luggage as we were on the 3rd as they do not have an elevator. I am still going back to this hotel!

My husband and I just left Hotel Hacienda. We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. It has a beautiful ocean front view and the location is walking distance to pretty much everything. We can't wait to go back. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant that's attached to the hotel called Muelle Once. They have the most delicious food and the service was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only disappointment was that they were renovating the pool during our stay and we were planning on using the pool with my little one who was very disappointed. We ended up doing more excursions because of this but went with Shianne of Eclipse Adventures at Unico Beach Club to swim with whale sharks and to go snorkeling the second largest barrier reef in the world. So that turned out to be an amazing experience that we might not have done if the pool was working. The town and its people are amazing and we can’t wait until next year when we return!

Great location- excellent beach - very close to supermarket and restaurants. On site parking was a plus. Very hard mattresses, no real hot water, pricey hotel restaurant, no in-room coffee, no local TV I got what I paid for

Wonderful hotel right on the beach. Just a few steps to the main square and the grocery store is right across the street. The restaurant was excellent and the rooms had great views of the water. The beds were very comfortable too. Definitely going back .

Property was cool some bug problems from outside. But overall the staff and people were great. Stores was a plus around the area. But there are some vendors that are around there every time you come outside they just hound you to come into there store to buy something. I don’t like to be force to buy things. Hotel has a great view and close to the beach.

No microwave in the room First floor too noisy in the late nights
