Hacienda Morelos Beach Front Hotel

Good value, great people!

Nice location, right on beach with a nice supermarket right across the street where we can get breakfast and snacks. Stay was pleasant. Accurate description

We stayed one night at this charming hotel by the pier of Puerto Morelos. The ocean view is breathtaking and location is convenient. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant downstairs.

A bit run down, we always had to shut our front door twice to make sure it would shut locked. We checked in with the front clerk early and right before we got into the room a few hrs later he said that my husband and I owed seven dollars to a Eco tax that he never said anything about it when I checked in. we were staying with two other couples and they never had to pay the Eco tax. We all booked through Expedia and he was telling me that they didn’t have to pay because they booked through Expedia. So did I! I felt it was a bit of a small shake down for a few bucks in his pocket. Great location in town though.

It's a bit run down but the location was so good it didn't matter.

We love the location on the beach and the prices. The high end grocery store across the street is wonderful. I love the addition of fridges to the rooms, this time our room wasn't the best, but it's traditional Mexican style room which is sufficient. The view and pool and local upscale restaurants are divine. Everything is walkable and so pleasant in Puerto Morelos. We do enjoy staying here.

Right on a beautiful beach, great restaurants in walking distance, friendly town everything I need.

Alway clean good food and affordable

I liked how quiet and clean the property was. As well, the small size and good service. The beach was more quiet than at the other end. The attached restaurant was a bonus as it served amazing food. The downside was one had to choose either a/c or door open. If it was a mixture, the humidity wet the floor to the point it was very very slippery.
