Hacienda Morelos Beach Front Hotel

It was an ok hotel, the actual beach access was excellent. The rooms and furnishings were out dated and the entire hotel could use a facelift.

Everyone was very helpful and rooms were kept clean. Excellent location for the beach!

Property is in an excellent location with a beautiful restaurant attached to it. The pool is perfect on a hot day. The only downside is it’s in a very loud area and the hotel itself is outdated but clean. Staff is friendly.

Very interesting reading previous reviews. We spent a lovely week here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was obviously not high end, but neither was the price. It was clean, comfortable and sufficient. Unlike some, we found the beds very comfortable. Would have been nice if they had a few more English speaking channels on the TV. Location is second to none. 20 feet to the beach and many restaurants and bars within a short walk in safe neighborhoods. We felt no anti-American sentiment while in Mexico, and joked with the help about the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico by our idiot president. I would definitely return to this charming and very affordable hotel.

I liked how it was right on beach.

Great location to walk around to everything.. we love the ma and pop places.. restaurant was good and came highly recommended. Bar staff was a little off putting if u just wanted to go up and order drinks verses sitting down at a table otherwise had good service if u were eating. Overall I would stay again, the community is very welcoming and personable and very fun! Great food and entertainment just walking around the town

The hotel was very ugly and the rooms were in poor condition, the beds were dirty, the pillows were super hard, and the bathroom didn't work properly.

Rooms were dirty and sheets and pillow cases were dirty..bathroom would not flush and the front staff didn’t care. We had to switch hotels after the first night

Great hotel with wonderful views of the ocean from your balcony. Staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a on site restaurant with wonderful food and complementary morning coffee. The pool and beachfront have loungers and wait staff in the afternoons. This is our home when we come to Puerto Morelos!
