GBVery tired old building. Stay in room 11 No pressure on cold water tap in sink Showers run very hot to very cold shower doors very difficult to open and close. Book for 5 nights only stay 3. Breakfast not great Even meal was very nice

Bathroom was NOT a private bathroom. As it was a shared bathroom which was a cross and down the corridor. At one point the door was tried by someone trying to get in while I was getting washed. The next time I went to the bathroom the door was a jar. The room had mould on the ceiling by the chimney.

ATI really enjoyed staying here, the building is a community pub with a lot of character in the centre of Rothbury. The staff were really helpful and I enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast.
The water pressure can be a problem sometimes which can reduce the shower to a trickle.

...shower was just a trickle and dirty toilet seat. Wifi only worked in bar.
GBGood location in centre of town. Northumbrian breakfast was top fry-up and other breakfast options also looked good.
Bed was bit hard.
