Location

The staff was not super accommodating, let’s just say service with a smile felt more like a burden to be served most of the time .. the beds were small, hard and uncomfortable. The pillows and sheets were of low quality. The only decent rooms are the balcony rooms which come at an overpriced premium in my opinion . But we were traveling with two small children so the upgrade for more space was essential

We were staying for one night and needed early check-in, good location, comfy beds and wifi (for a work call). The hotel fulfilled all requirements.

There was a big concert on the evening we stayed so it was noisy in the room but that was not the hotel's fault. Without that, it would have have been nice and quiet.
