We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very helpful. The food was great and the accommodations were terrific! We slept very well, saw many hippos and zebras and water bucks and too many different types of birds to count! We highly recommend it!!!

Fantastic place with very friendly staff. A unique experience and a fantastic location right by the lake/shore where hippos gather up on the grass all night. Not to forget; In particular we got good service from the waiters Joel and Albert, during each meal.

Location was beautiful, staff was nice, guards to walk you to the room to guard from hippos. Boat rides available around crescent island. Dinner was very good.

The coffee, the breakfast was minimal. No hot water 1 hour after my husband took a shower….And I let the cold water run for 10 minutes like they told us to, but I didn’t have more time to wait. And when they made up our rooms the night before they opted not to supply the rooms with clean hand towels like it had when we arrived. TV didn’t work & spotty internet. And limited concierge at front desk with limited knowledge. Although she did book us a ride to Mara. The driver was late and we didn’t get to our hotel at Mara on time for our afternoon game ride.
