The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I especially enjoyed that the hotel was a little away from the center, allowing for peaceful, relaxing moments while still being close enough to enjoy the lively atmosphere whenever I wanted.

Location is exceptional, our room was seafront room and had an amazing voew and was very near to the pool and the beach, cleanliness was excellent, staff are very polite and helpful

The staff was friendly

Very disappointing experience. The room was not properly maintained and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There was no hot water and no internet connection in the room. We found a cockroach, dead insects and dirt on the curtains, dirty towels, and even hair in the food we ordered. The bedding and furniture appeared old, dusty, and poorly cleaned. There were also insects in the room, and I experienced multiple insect bites during my stay. Due to these issues, we felt very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was far below the standard we expected and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
