Tropitel Dahab Oasis

Personal sehr freundlich insbesondere Zimmerservice , der Handtuchmännchen ins Bett baut . Ich gehe da immer hin, da die als einzige einen Steg über die Korallen haben, eine sehr nette Tauchschule und der Garten und seine Gärtner den schönsten Palmenhain mit Blumen Dahab liebevoll täglich akkurat pflegen.

Die sollten bitte mal die ewig gleiche Duddelmusik zum Frühstück abschalten oder eine andere CD einlegen. Leider hatte die Rezeption bei der Abreise trotz zweimaliger mündlicher. Bestätigung vergessen ein Taxi zu 15.00 Uhr zu bestellen.

1- ליד הברכה היה הרבה אבנים קטנים שנכנסים לרגל ביקשנו שינקו מסביב לברכה ולא נעשה שום דבר 2- המקום היה בשיפוץ הרבה רעש אין חדר אוכל אוכלים בחוץ מלא זבובים ויתושים .. 3-יחס הטבחים והברים והמלצרים לא טוב בכלל 4-המקום רחוק יותר ממה שרשום בבוקינג וגם מלון ישן לא הודיעו לנו בבוקינד שישי שיפוץ ורעש הדירוג לא מוצדק פשוט לא חוזרת למלון הזה . אין אינטרנט בחדרים אוכל לא טוב ממש מגוון קטן מאוד לעומת 4 כוכבים הדירוג לא מוצדק

حبينا الطاقم جدا ...جدا مميزين وتعاملهم جميل ومهتمين بكل التفاصيل.. الفندق صغير بس الغرف قريبه من البحر والبسيم والاكل... في واحد اسمو محمد بالفندق مسؤؤول عن الرحلات ومعاملتو اكثر من رائعه واسعارو كويسه ومهتم جدا بالزبون... وفي محمود اللي كان مسؤول عن الغرف معاملتو احسن حاجه.. وبالاستقبال في احمد جدا رائع... وانجي مسؤوله علاقات النزلاء جدا جدا لطيفه وبتهتم لراحة الزبون وانبساطو... بنصح بالفندق جدا والبحر بالفندق رهيب ومليان شعب مرجانيه

The Staff in this hotel was great, friendly, helpful, they serve a great hospitality, every single one of their team deserve a star, pool was very nice and the animation team was fun, great room space and furniture with one of the narrowest wardrobe i have seen in egyptian hotels. bathroom was very clean and shower was great.

The hotel has a sharp rocky beach, full of corals , definetlly not safe nor with infants nor with children up to 4 years at least, the decision of moving the restaurant into the place of the beach bar and have an open restaurant in a very windy weather is not a right decision, it adds complications into the food experience, with the mention that food was nice, although the surroundings at nights is full of musquitos which is really harmfull for the kids, as we eat in an open erea. in addition that if you don't reserve a spot around the pool since 8 am you could end up with no chair/nor chezlong around the pool, they need to add many chairs and chezlong to suit the number of clients. the infrastructure is not friendly with our infant stroller, i think aslo with wheelchaired people , they have ramps every were but it is a rocky land that bloocks the wheels every now and then and cause many damages.

Staff were friendly and cleaning staff was good. Restaurant staff was helpful.

Food was exceptionally oily and repetitive. Very few healthy options. Fresh fruit was very limited with no variety. The company in the lobby that you can book activities with was not completely honest. They said our snorkeling trip was all inclusive and we ended up having to pay for anything we drank (not alcohol, I man water and juice). We also spent a lot of time waiting around for the organizers to get it together. A lot of wasted time. We went half board which according to their paper they gave us included pool bar service from 10-5. When we tried to order a cola or coffee the bartender said we had to pay. Overall it was fine. But that’s it. Fine. Nothing horrible happened but I did expect a bit more from a four star. Especially when it came to the food. Everything felt rationed.

Hôtel très agréable, confortable et calme. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable et les repas sont très bons. En outre, le cadre est très joli, pas loin du Blue Hole.

Situé un peu loin du centre de Dahab ( 6 km ) mais plusieurs navettes gratuites sont mises en place à l' hôtel. Et sinon, il est possible de se rendre dans le centre de Dahab à pieds en passant par la plage.
