OYO Hotel Centralia

I had ordered this room through booking.com for an annual trip in July 2025. I happened to be in Centralia last weekend for the STP bike rider this last weekend (Sat July 13th) and imagine my immediate consternation to see that the property is closed. In speaking with OYO the following Monday, they said they didn't even know that the property was closed. What kind of outfit are they running here? To make matters worse is that you can even go to OYO or any hotel booking sight and make immediate reservations for as early as the next day! Can you imagine if you pre-paid for a room here only to show up to a closed property.

at first things were going well, till the wifi started cutting out and if not turned off at night , sometimes will kick you off wifi. the office is closed almost through out the whole day with a sign on the front door asking you to call the office number for assistance. out side the floor feels cheap and the carpet is peeling off the floor with a feeling of you about to fall through the floor. also there were no towels inside we had to wait till office finaly opend for the short period time it was open we were able to finaly abtain towels . then the biggest shocker of all emplyee Shyann knocked at noon explaining we had to move to quality inn a much smaller room due to the oyo is sold and under another management wich seamed super unfair due to others were staying. quality inn seams to be worst . than the OYO . and wish we could move back. i will be writing my review for quality inn as well. centralia is a very small city and there isnt really a choice of hotels to stay at. in short the OYO seems to be biased and choose who they want there ! and send the rest to quallity inn. a much smaller place...

I booked a room for STP with OYO Centralia in January. The reservation was canceled, with no reason given, over six months later, in July. To add insult to injury, rather than a courtesy call, I was notified of the cancellation by an automated SMS message when the deposit I had placed on the reservation was returned. Now, with two weeks and a couple of days until STP, it's impossible to book anything, anywhere that is compatible with participating in the event.

This “hotel” took our reservation in October and cancelled it when they found they could make more money for the reserved July date. We have stayed there two previous time, same time of the year. Don’t trust this new ownership. I do not recommend this hotel ever.

We stayed here, and the room had mold and black and brown stains all over, and it was missing a smoke detector, and there was blood stains on the curtains, plus stains on the sheets and in the bath room there was no toilet paper holder and stains all over it. Plus the phone wasn’t even plugged in, oh and plus when we checked in there was no towels at all, and I called the front desk and they were rude and wouldn’t help at all. If that isn’t blood on the curtains who knows what it was

Needs a 0 option! We had a CONFIRMED reservation (reserved & did REQUIRED confirmation 1 day prior to stay date), when we arrived after driving 300 miles, OYO had canceled our reservation! No explanation, from front desk, or corporate! They gave our room away sometime between 11:57 AM & 1:15 PM. Place looks like a flea bag roach motel! Front desk & corporate staff are discourteous.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have been to and seen. This company is also one of the worst. I booked a room here. When I arrived and went to my room, it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I did not book a smoking room. . . I didn't really check out the room because it smelled so bad and I knew I would not be staying. I went back to the reception and told them that the room smelled and that I could not stay there and that I wanted my money back. They said I would have to call the same number I booked for the reservation. So, I did. I had booked a two night stay and they gave me 1/2 my money back. I have called several times to get the balance - since it wasn't my fault I could not stay there. So far, I have gotten no where. I wanted to mention that I had booked a room through Expedia at the Oyo Hotel in Chehalis, WA too. I canceled before it was too late to be charged. Needless to say, I was charged. I have not been able to get that money back either. I will never stay at an Oyo. . .EVER!

I booked a room at the OYO hotel in late July 2020 via online booking. When I got to the hotel, I waited in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting on someone to show up. Office was sweltering and not working A/C.. Finally started to check in and they REQUIRED a $ 100.00 deposit, which is ok, but they REQUIRED CASH and would not take a credit card as was accepted for the reservation. Did not have cash and was not going to run out to find the closed bank. Went to another hotel without checking in to the OYO DUMP. OYO would not refund me one penny even though I never checked in. Place is a DUMP and TERRIBLE customer service.

Beds are NOT comfortable. My bed was HORRIBLE, it felt like there was a big hole in the mattress.. It was like I was sinking in and about to slide off to the floor. I had my other family members try out the spot and they said the same thing. I attempted to sleep in the small chair to no avail. Oyo offers wi-fi. If you have a U-haul, be prepared to park along the roadside. They don't allow big vehicles in the parking lot. Our U-Haul was 15 ft. They are pet friendly. I wouldn't recommend this motel unless you're very desperate!

The place had. I’ve reviews so we decided to try it. When we got to our room, it smelled atrocious. Somewhere in that room was Mildew and mild hiding. There’s $100 deposit on top of your stay fee that you don’t get back until house keeping gives you an A-Okay. I wouldn’t usually mind that, but $100 & it wasn’t posted anywhere? No thanks. The front desk clerk wasn’t friendly and the parking is garbage. Especially if you’re traveling or hauling anything.
