Super 7 Inn Siloam Springs

When I visited here it was one of my first out of town trips for work. On this particular one I got to bring my daughters with me. Why I thought this hotel was going to be good for kids, I am not sure. We booked a non smoking room, got a smoking room. Room smelled like a chain smoking elephant have lived there for years. No non smoking rooms were available so they sprayed a plethora of air freshener in the room....so it now smelled like flowers had chain smoked in the room. What do you do....at least they tried. Overall the room did not give a mama bear the feeling of cleanliness or comfort for her cubs but if it were just me and my husband it would have sufficed for a night, but only a night. It was a basic room and I shouldn't have had set such high expectations based off the nightly rate. Lesson learned.

The bathroom smelled heavily of urine. The lady when I checked in was rude and the when I went to check out I had to go search for the lady.

Extremely unpleasant, very difficult to communicate with management. Management compensates lack of communication skills by using extra loud voice and exaggerated hand gestures. Parking lot should've been a clue, closely resembles a post aerial bombardment of a small middle eastern village. Just a old fashioned lock and key that barely works keeps the outside world out of the room. Cleaning staff knocks everything you have on the counter on the floor. Bathtub is slippery, toilet broke. Bugs, bugs and bugs. Where do all these gnats come from? Black ants crawling around all over the place. I think there's a mariachi band that practices in one of the rooms. It's a dump. I moved to a better hotel that was actually cheaper. They say there's WiFi but that's about it.

Clean, older motel but right for the price. Quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Went to Arkansas for a wedding and needed a place to sleep for a night. The online booking and check in were easy and painless. The only thing I didn't like was that there were other guest in the nearby rooms and parking lot making tons of noises at 1 am and in the early mornings.

The worst motel ever. It was bad when our friends TV looked like something from poltergiest but the shower hit me in the center of my chest! I'm only 5'7"! We had a bad feeling when we pulled in & the pool needed mowed. We should've gone with that & run.

there is lots of drugs there and drug dealers bugs and they dont clean very well and they go into your room when your not there and go threw your stuff i stayed there for a month and the management got mad because i had a medical condition and i went to the bathroom a lot and needed lots of bath tissue also when you pull out of the parking lot watch out for cops they will pull you over for any reason because you pulled out of there because they are watching it for drugs also there was mold in my room and the vent in the bathroom for the fan was very very dirty

The hotel service was a little weird. They seem to watch every move we made. An there was 2 ways into the room. The back door did not have a way to look the door from inside. So if anyone had a master key thy could get in the back door. We slept with a chair wedged up against the back door an the wall. An did not feel secure. Will not stay again.
