Really run down. Smells bad, looks like government housing. If all you have is 50 bucks, suck it up butter cup. But if you can scrape together 10 more dollars you can get something twice as good.

The rooms were not clean. The swimming pool had stuff growing in it. The lock on one of the door's did not work.

We would stay there again. We had only one light that did not work in our room and it was a lamp that was by the TV which was not a big deal and the internet signal kept dropping off until about 10 pm but again that was not a big deal to my husband and I we just used our Hot Spot for the internet until there was a good signal form their internet. The owner was a very nice man and seemed to wanted to make sure that we were happy with the room and that everything was ok every time he seen us.

Friends got reservations here. Location was good for us. Low rates kept our expenses down for multiple couples. Older place

It was ok my light didn't wrk above the sink( he did replace it but it still didn't wrk) and their was a used wash rag in the bathroom the ice machine was broke so u had to go all the way up to the office make sure to keep latch on door locked in the morning if u don't want them in ur room early in the morning

This motel shudnt even charge $45 per nite!...I stayd here for the bikes blues & bq Sept 26 -28,,,,for two nites ,,$105,,,hell they shuda gave me $55 back!!!! This was the worst place iv ever stayed!!The parkn lot had more potholes than an 20 year old dirt road!!,,Checkd in got in the room turned the lights on first thing I see was flys I said to myself ok flys,,I look agan an its flysssssssss!!!!,,,,,,Turn on the lights in the bathroom an thers ants all over the sink an floor ,,,the flys an ants wer playn together !!!!I told them abot this problem they said they wud take care of it!! We left an came bak an ther wer mor ants an flys than befor we left the first time!!!There was a long crack in the door trim wer u cud see light ,,,,ther wasa spider an web in the shower in the ceiling in the corner,,,they only gave us two bath towels two wash towels,,,,,the blanket had holes in it an lookd worn out!!!the ceiling lookd like ther had ben a rain leak,,,an wen I lef Sunday morn ther wer still flys an ants,,dnt no wer they wer comin from,,,if u stay here bring ur RAID,,BENGAL!!!!,,,,,Im still lookn for my change of $55!!!!!,,,,,,Like sum1 else said,,get wat u pay for!!!,,nex year bak to SLEEP INN in Fayettville!!!!!

I had the misfortune of ending up at this motel after a business trip. This was the most disgusting motel room I had ever seen, and I've seen lots of them. The mattress was filthy, the sheets were stained, and there were roaches. I woke up because a roach crawled over me. I shined my phone in the direction I felt it fall and saw bedbugs. On closer inspection I saw bedbugs in the mattress seam. I ended up having to throw away everything I brought into the room to prevent an infestation in my home.

I wanted to post on Facebook that if nobody heard from us by the next morning, this was where we were last seen. The parking lot was HORRIBLE!!! . A trash can right outside our room had "USDA CONDEMNED" on it. We got a smoking room, no ashtray. A fridge that wasn't even plugged in. A non working microwave. A 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Had to take a bulb from one lamp to use it on another. My sister might've left something of hers there & when she called to ask about it, was accused of stealing pillows!!! He saw myself & my sister take OUR PILLOWS to the car & assumed we took theirs..... EEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW NO WAY IN HELL!!

If you are on a budget, and don't want to spent $50, this might just be the motel for you. There are no amenities- no pool, no breakfast. Wi-Fi was sporadic. It has a take out BBQ place on the premise, so that's a plus. You get packets(2) of shampoo. Small bath towels. Perfect for guys wanting to camp, or fish or a solo traveler just needing some rest.
