Die Lage direkt am See mit der Terasse war sehr gut, auch wenn das Hotel teilweise einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck gemacht hat.

Brot und Brötchen wurden direkt unter der Theke offen in Kübeln gelagert, so dass jeder Gast seinen Teil dazu beigetragen hat, diese zu verschmutzen, nur indem der Gast daran vorbeiläuft - und das passiert ständig während der Frühstückszeit! So etwas geht überhaupt nicht und müsste eigentlich bei jeder Hygienekontrolle abgestraft werden!!!

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, schöne Lage, schönes und grosses Spa! Schöne grosse und saubere Zimmer wunderschönes Badezimmer und Aussicht!

Sehr enge Parkplätze, vom Abendessen waren wir entäuscht alles hat sehr Fade gerochen, mussten viel Salz beifügen... viel zu viel bezahlt für was es war. Frühstück hingegen war Top! Aussenbereich wird gerade renoviert, könnte etwas lieblicher gestaltet sein...

Wir haben die Zeit im Zimmer sehr genossen – besonders der Ausblick auf den See war einfach beeindruckend. Leider konnte der Rest des Hotels dieses Niveau nicht halten. Am meisten enttäuscht hat mich das Frühstück; von einem 4‑Sterne‑Hotel hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Auch der Service wirkte unterbesetzt, sodass Sauberkeit und Ordnung nicht durchgehend gewährleistet waren. Zudem waren nur wenige Parkplätze verfügbar, weshalb man häufig auf E‑Parkplätze oder Car‑Parkplätze ausweichen musste.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, doch der restliche Hotelbereich entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man im Jahr 2026 von einem 4‑Sterne‑Hotel erwarten darf. Lobby, Empfang, Speisesaal, Aussenbereich mit Schwimmbad sowie der Wellnessbereich wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen dringend eine umfassende Modernisierung.
