Amazing location gorgeous room (we were upgraded which was amazing!) and lovely friendly staff

Keeping the water in the shower was pretty difficult so a lot of towels were needed! It’s also very easy to spend a lot of money, but it is worth it to feel very pampered, but sadly we couldn’t stay long 😔

“System error” on our hotel bill overcharged us by 840 Euro for spa treatments, which I fortunately picked up when I checked the bill

Veramente tutto ottimo, la posizione non è proprio sul mare ma le navette sono super comode e non le aspetti più di due minuti, ti portano e ti riprendono. La colazione molto buona e variegata, pulizia impeccabile, animazione serale veramente perfetta.

C’è stato solo un disagio con il bagno che si allagava quando si faceva la doccia ma non per modo dire proprio due dita d’acqua per terra che entrava anche in camera. Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare camera ma non è stato possibile perché le strutture erano tutte piene e quindi ci hanno risolto il problema preoccupandoci degli asciugamani per tappezzare il bagno e non far fuori uscire l’acqua. Non è stato proprio gradevole però si sono scusati facendoci un ottimo sconto sulla camera al check-out.

Large variety ....

Breakfast was ok but the absolute same every day - we felt it didn't taste like amazing local fresh produce. We were there 10 days and it got very boring towards the end. Breakfast was until 1030 and we arrived around 0950 every day and we had to wait for a table which was a little annoying.
