Um lugar charmoso e bonito para descansar e relaxar Muito bonito e com suítes bem bonitas Porém a piscina não tem cadeiras adequadas porque são pesadas e desconfortáveis Apesar de chamar vineyard não se visita a vinícola , inclusive o valor pago pelo vinho no restaurante é superior se comprar direto no hotel . Absurdo porque são vinhos próprios

Decepcionante ! Fomos com Uma expectativa enorme curtir dias de férias mas nos deparamos com um hotel um pouco “abandonado”. Limpeza deixou a desejar ( minha banheira tinha cabelos que não eram os nossos :() Notamos poucos funcionários pra uma estrutura daquele tamanho ( a moça da recepção ajudava a servir o café da manhã ), sentimos falta de alguém pra pegar nossas malas no carro, tentaram cobrar 15 euros pelo “Deslocamento “ do room-service! Achamos um absurdo mas pelo menos eles voltaram atrás.. achando o hotel sem manutenção !!! enfim, preço alto com pouco serviço !

"Hotel Lindo "

O hotel é lindo, realmente um lugar para relaxar! Toda a equipe muito simpática e solícita; o restaurante é lindo e a comida deliciosa, café da manhã completíssimo, tudo muito gostoso. Quarto muito espaçoso e muito bem decorado, ficamos na sky suíte. Tudo teria sido perfeito se o hotel disponibilizasse mais atividades para os hóspedes, principalmente hóspedes com crianças, como foi meu caso, fiquei desapontada quando me informaram que as crianças só poderiam usar a piscina das 9:00 as 11:00, ou seja, só 2h de piscina para crianças que não tinham nada para fazer. No geral eu gostei do hotel.

"Falta de manutenção e partes velhas "

O sítio é bonito e calmo mas os apartamentos têm falta de manutenção e estão muito velhos para o pouco tempo que têm. Não é um 5 estrelas. O serviço também deixa muito a desejar para um hotel 5 estrelas. Relação qualidade preço demasiada cara para o que oferecem.
