Really lovely place. The rooms and spa are superb. The wine and dinner options were very good but the breakfast needs some work...

Superb in almost all aspects. Restaurant a gem and high class staff. Would recommend to anyone. Facility somewhat worn-down for a 5-star resort. Complicated architecture to manage perhaps, however should easily be face-lifted.

Very good staying

It was a wonderful experience in L'and Vineyards, the Sky view suite was perfect for a romantic getaway, with the sky view of course, the private pool, the big bathtub, and the outside fireplace... The view on Montemor-castle was majestic. The service is very attentive, and the staff are very helpful and responsive. Thank you to the reception and the restaurant staff for making it a very memorable experience.

An arrangement of rectangular blocks in the beautiful vineyard hills of Alentejo. Friendly service, but infrastructure and guest rooms clearly not up to 5 star standards (anymore).

My husband and I decided to come to L'AND for my birthday. We had a pleasant weekend but we felt that this 5-star hotel was lacking in a few things that didn't really give us a 5-star experience. We felt that the room lacked a few finishing touches, the toiletries were subpar, the toilet paper was very rough, there was very little lighting in the bathroom and the TV was cheap and didn't fit the overall design of the place. The bed was very comfortable, the robes were plush, and the fireplace outside was really lovely. I also felt that the breakfast could have been handled a bit better. We stayed during Covid and they asked us to book our breakfast (which was a good idea) but then the buffet needed to be served by the staff (also a good idea) however, there was usually only one person manning the buffet station and about 4-5 people waiting to be served. It didn't seem that the restaurant area lacked staff but I could be wrong. Overall we had a nice stay, I enjoyed my complimentary bottle of wine and cake for my birthday, but I didn't feel like we had a 5-star experience.

Apenas as suites sky view valem a pena. Bem decoradas, espaçosas e em boas condições. As suites land view necessitam de remodelação urgente e têm problemas de cheiros. Boa piscina e envolvente

Pontos positivos sao as instalacoes e o ambiente calmo e tranquilo. Os pontos mais negativos foram o servico de limpeza pouco eficiente, ainda mais em epoca de pandemia. O buffet do pequeno almoço muito fraco para um hotel de 5* e ate à pouco com restaurante com uma estrela michelin.

Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados. Hotel tranquilo. Serviço poderia ser melhor
