Hotel Mirador Las Palmas

I recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Las Palmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean, although it did feel a bit dated. There was no air conditioning in the room, which could be an issue if you're staying during the hotter months. However, the room was still comfortable enough for our stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was the stunning views – they were absolutely spectacular! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, the scenery is something you won’t want to miss. Speaking of the facilities, both the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Despite the rooms feeling a bit dated, the fantastic customer service and beautiful views definitely made up for it. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Mirador Las Palmas to others looking for a relaxing getaway with great service.

There were too much noise. Very loud music and people speaking too loud until very late.

The Restaurant staff was great. Management on site not so much.

I booked the whole hotel for my wedding guests who were travelling from Canada. There were 65 of us and the hotel management team and staff were so so helpful, accommodating and kind. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with incredible food, the pool was big and always clean, the rooms were beautiful, the greenery was lovely. Nothing bad to say at all about the hotel or my stay, everyone enjoyed themselves greatly! Thank you so much to the staff for an amazing week stay

Pool is ok, has a nice view

Location is difficult to get to, too far from the main road Beds are not very comfortable, pillows are terrible Blackout/blinds did not work properly Hot water in our shower did not work There is no A/C in the rooms, and only a very small and noisy fan is provided Given the above, the price is extremely high for a place like this

This boutique Hotel has a unique view over mountains. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sun beds at the pool area were broken. The restaurant kitchen could be better.

It’s one mile away from the main road, the panoramic view is spectacular, great staff very friendly and hospitable!

El personal y la ubicación inmejorables, desafortunadamente las instalaciones están descuidadas, el ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba, al igual que el televisor y el secador de pelo, al comunicar esto respondían que no tenían cambio y lo harían luego, solo arreglaron el TV, el aseo lo hacían tarde tipo 4 aún que no habían muchos huéspedes, el desayuno muy rico pero los platos del almuerzo muy mal preparados en punto y frescura. En general tienen todo para seguir siendo un lugar especial para visitar pero el descuido de las instalaciones hacen que la relación costo calidad no sean buenas.
