Hotel Mirador Las Palmas

Un sitio muy agradable, el personal muy amable

En general nos parecio un sitio super agradable,por su paz tranquiladad.la naturaleza. Los empleados muy amables. Pero le falta cositas por mejorar como las sombrillas sillas para bronceado estan muy feas y malas. El menu que sea mas variado,yo entiendo que solo eramos nuestra familia pero la misma carne siempre. El precio de los almuerzos muy caro $30 mil por un sancocho donde se piensa que es un plato grande de sancocho y lo que es es una sopita con su seco..pero lo disfrutamos mucho

The views from the property are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large.... However, you have to drive down a dirt trail several kilometers to get to the property and it is 30 minutes from Armenia. The dining is very limited to a breakfast and a dinner buffet at 8 am and 7 pm. For the right price this property isn't a bad option however I was charged $140 a night which is outrageous at this price..... Even in high season; for $50-$80 perhaps.... The hot water is limited and the water has sediment in it......Dogs and cats wander the property and the barking wakes you at night....

Unfortunately there are many cats, who literally eat your food from the plate or enter the room. Breakfast is limited. The timing of breakfast is very clearly written on the instructions however staff does not comply: opens later. The road to the hotel is very bad, the hotel is nice , though definitely need to have maintenance( curtains with holes).

very pretty; nice pool; nice hot tub; nice breakfast; no a/c; beds are a bit short in length; no closets to hang clothes.

One of the most beautiful location we have visited, the places and facilities are great including the great staff who is always available for you. The room was great, waking up with the sound of the nature was amazing, we don't want to forget the awesome view to a beautiful landscape. Great place to stay and relax.

The view of the hotel is fantastic and the service is very good.. specially thanks to Maria,Daniela,Lady and Cristian for making our vacation so special The hotel was centrally locates for our needs within 1 hour or so from the sites we must wanted to see.. Breakfast was extra special with fresh Colombian farm cheese, ranch eggs and wonderful coffee and natural juices.

The hotel, the staff & the views are amazing. Everyone was so nice Felipe, the manager, was so helpful and took care of all the reservations for our day trips. Me and my cousin did a 10 day Colombia trip and this was the last place on our visit, and it definitely was one of those “saved the best for last”. Definitely plan on coming back!

The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, the best service ever, the view of the Valley of Maravelez will leave you brearhless, we country more than 12 diffefent types of greens, the mánager is so cute, is aware of every detail.
