Hotel Mirador Las Palmas

Is a great place for relax and have a good time with my family. Is a great location with a nice view. the employees where very friendly and the food is really good, good flavor good presentation and on time We really have a good time in this hotel

Hotel Mirador Las Palmas is the most exceptional hotel. The staff and management work hard to make your stay with them as comfortable and happy as possible, nothing is too much trouble! The rooms are spacious, very clean, with balconies which overlook the most amazing views of the Andies. Where else in the world could you sit on your balcony with a cup of delicious locally grown coffee while the morning mists roll across the valley? A truly beautiful sight. The Hotel is very keen to promote nature and wildlife with bird feeders throughout the grounds.I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and look forward to my next trip.

Nobody speaks english. We spent 2 nights in a hotel and they over charge us because on day they didn't have electricity in a hotels so we were unaible to charge phones, no wifi and pool was close the one thing that why we came there.

We arrived right before sunset on September 3rd and stayed overnight at this beautiful resort; they gave us the best room available with an amazing view of the valley; we were the only ones there so they treated us with the utmost respect and dedication; they made us feel right at home; all our requests were granted and they even upgraded our room to a supreme suite just so that we would be happy during our romantic stay. We had a romantic dinner; relaxed at the pool; and watched the stars at the jacuzzi. The sauna and steam room were great. The pool is big and clean with a view. The beds are super comfortable and the hammock was a great. There was no air conditioning but the ceiling fan was empunto keep us cool during the day. The food was excellent and the staff was courteous; they didn't hesitate to please us with everything we asked. Acces to the hotel is easy and yet secluded in a beautiful hilltop where you can blend in with nature with breathtaking views of the valleys. I would defenitelly come back to this place.

El lugar es maravilloso, la vista es hermoso buen servicio y comodidad

It takes awhile to get to this hotel but once there the surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. The staff is very attentive and will do anything to make the stay comfortable. We had to wait for our room to get ready so they gave us a complimentary drink while waiting. The facility was nice but was in need of some repair.

Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich noch zwei Nächte verlängert haben. Der Ausblick in die Natur vom Balkon und vom Pool aus ist einfach herrlich! Bestens, um in der Kaffeeregion zu relaxen. Einzig die Speisen im Restaurant sind nicht so toll und es gibt in der Nähe keine Alternativen, ausser man hat ein Auto zur Verfügung. Alle Angestellte sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
