"Wonderful and fun."

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Great entertainment for kids. Big shout to Charles who does an amazing job with the kids. Cleaning was great. Any issues with too We’re rectified. Would stay again If we didn’t have to book two rooms as kids over 15 have to go in a separate room if it’s two adults and two kids. Breakfast was fabulous.

"Engländer Hotel mit viel lauter Musik, leider ein schmutziges Apartment und am Service/ Preis-Leistung kann auch noc"

Tolle Rutschen am Pool, gute Lage zu den beiden Buchten, Zimmer geräumig und schöner Balkon. Kleine Küche ist auch vorteilhaft, für kleine gerichte ist alles da. Bademeisterin räumt ungenutze mit Handtuch belegte Liegen frei, sodass andere Gäste die Chance auf eine Liege überhaupt haben.

Zu wenig Chlor im Wasser, das Poolwasser war sehr ekelhaft. Das frühstücksbuffet war ok, viel und gute auswahl, aber es schmeckt nicht alles. Die Qualität vom Cafe- ungeniessbar. Leider. Das Apartment war nicht sauber, überall Haare, Sand und Staub. Sehr schade! Viele Engländer zu Gast und zu viel zu lauter Animation.

複数の美しいビーチまで徒歩で数分という立地の良さに加えて、併設のプールもちょうど良い大きさで子供はとても楽しかったようです！ 今回は1泊だけでしたが、次回マヨルカ島に来ることがあれば何日か連続で泊まりたいです。

Location was near to shops and restaurants, Superior rooms were ok for what we needed, Bed comfy and cleaners did a good job!

Cockroaches seen in many places.. Pool area was disgusting and uncleaned from day before. Sunbeds dirty and a fight for them in the mornings. Pool itself was also very unclean and minimal staff seen doing Maintenance. Kids Club was worst iv ever seen -i thought there would have been a lot more for children but was very little going on. Speaking to a lot of other guest who were staying and not happy with cleanliness - it seems Management has changed from last year and hotel is very different.

Pool open 10am - 6pm, playground not closed, apartment was above playground
