The gentleman who checked us in was super nice and had excellent energy. The hotel was very clean and is centrally located. We will stay again when coming through

The beds were super comfortable & the room was very clean.

There isn’t any continental breakfast as advertised. The room was super hot, even after turning the air on. The garden view was green plants in 5 gallon buckets & there wasn’t any blooms. There isn’t a keyboard in the room as advertised either. When checking out I noticed a sign on the front desk that said they did discount prices for MSU family & students. When I asked about it, the male employee said he didn’t know anything about that & he stated he was the manager.

The young woman at the welcome counter was extremely nice. It was a convenient location. My child attends 'Murray State University' and was perfect for the transportation back and worth.

I think the rooms could be cleaner. I suggest for them to get a cleaning service to deep clean each room. The room we stayed in needed some paint, as there were circle wall stains. It wouldn't hurt to update minor things, cracks in the walls, fix the wobble toilet, change out the switch plates, and fix the tile. Oh! Please, please have better fitting sheets because ours didn't completely fit the mattress. It really isn't a terrible place, just a little grungy and out of date. Will I go back? Yes. Why? It's not terrible, and the rates are fair. They just need a Gordon Ramsey Makeover! Lol
