Hotel is located in the Town Centre Restaurants and Shopping malls are reachable without Car. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and ok. Unfortunately a number of rooms have Windows only to the inside hall. So try to Book the right room

This was a 2 night stay between Jo-berg and Vic Falls with friends who had recently moved from from USA to Zimbabwe. The hotel was very clean with nice tile floors. The A/C unit in our room did not work, but the weather was perfect those 2 nights so we did not complain. There is a nice little courtyard to sit with friends and have breakfast or a snack while chatting. The view out the back window was not very pleasant; standing water and an abandon lot filled with trash. But one cannot often expect a paradise view while traveling in Africa. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. And the cleaning help was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was excellent and the hotel location good but the whole experience was totally spoiled by noisy ( air handling?) plant within the circulation area of the hotel and experienced within the room itself all through the night Ear plugs would be required to get a decent night's sleep
