Great choice around the Philadelphia airport.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our flight got canceled and we had to find a room. We chose this hotel because of the name, I’ve always stayed in these and they’ve always been excellent. This room was the exception. Stained carpet, ripped curtains and wallpaper, peeling off the wall. The first mishap is when I got out of the van and the mechanism to click in the seatbelt was missing its protective covering and it ripped my jeans as I slid out of the van. It was storming and the lights went out for a couple hours, but we could not get down the stairwell because there was no emergency lighting in the stairwell and we were on the second floor. We had to turn in the light on our phones in order to get downstairs. The breakfast area was very dirty. Stains on the chairs real dirty around the eating area. I watched them as they changed out the canister in the juice machine, It was disgusting, I don’t think they ever washed them. The board of health should shut them down. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star I would give it a zero star worst experience of my life.

Checkin: The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation when we first arrived. I confirmed the last name and she said she had nothing. When I asked her if she would like my Expedia confirmation number she said ‘no, I can’t look it up by that’. I gave her my phone to show her the reservation and she was able to find it. Keys: Only one of the two issued keys worked. Room: The heat was on when we walked in, it’s June. Body wash container was empty. Brown stains on the side of the bed we don’t notice until it was time to check out. “Breakfast”: absolutely horrendous, terrible, disgusting. Dry, old, stale mess. For over $250 dollars for a night and off the beaten path just go somewhere else.

Shuttle was prompt for pick up at airport. Easy check in with kind staff. Busy day with lots of flights cancelations due to weather. We did lose power in the hotel for awhile this evening.

It was clean and comfortable. Shuttle driver was on time and very nice.

The location was ok, but felt weird.

Well, I wasn't feeling good & my grandsons took the ice bucket tray to bring me breakfast & was told that's not allowed. So my husband went and made two trips. Overall, he should have allowed them to bring me breakfast on the ice bucket tray. ;)

We were awakened around 2:00 am by a fire in our room! The heating/AC unit had caught fire - room evacuated, fire alarm, hotel evacuated. fire department called. We have asked for a refund of at least the second of two nights we were booked here but to no avail. After appealing from so many directions for weeks and getting not even an acknowledgement from the hotel, we will post this review. Night attendant and Saturday personnel all said, "Not my job" when asked about a refund. Owner not to be found. I believe this is a family-owned and -run hotel/franchise. One would think they would be anxious to lessen the impact of one's personal safety being threatened. Book here if you're drawn by the convenience. Many other - and better - options to choose from in the area!

I don’t see my old review but let’s recap April 2025: the staff didn’t allow me to rebook with the friends and family rate after my husband (who is an employee) couldn’t make it. THERE WERE MICE in the walls that woke me up after arriving at 2am. I was charged $187 for less than 8 hours. After I came back up from breakfast, there was A MOUSE RUNNING around the room. I couldn’t get a picture of it but spotted the hole in the wall and tried to tell the front desk. Not only did they not offer any type of compensation, they accused me of lying to try and get a better price. I’ve never been so disappointed and upset and they STILL haven’t followed up with mine or my husband’s complaints, and now the reviews are missing. Don’t stay here.
