Red Stars Hotel

To all who may be concerned: I would like to share my experiences with you in all honesty. The hotel has good service, every servant has smile on their faces and would greet you whenever you enter or exit the hotel. They also do their best to assist you in any situations. I had to move out by noon but the apartment I had to move in was only ready by 2pm. So I asked the hotel if it was possible to allow me to stay in my room until 2 pm. They confirmed with the availability of the hotel and agreed without any additional costs and problem. It is a really really nice hotel with a reasonable price. The only thing that I was less pleased with- was the location. It took me quite a while to walk over to the center but that would be the only thing of this entire experience that was less desirable. I hope people will enjoy this place as much as I did!

The staff went beyond the call of duty when a taxi driver tried to over charge me and the receptionist took control and I was charged price quoted before I got in Taxi.The breakfast was outstanding. Right on a bus line that went to most of the top sightseeing spots.

I choose this hotel because it had very good reviews which I can now endorse. The staff spoke good English and could not have been more helpful. The buffet breakfast is good and there is a small & cosy bar where you can get hot drinks & light meals as well as the usual drinks. It is only 10 minutes walk from the Mariinsky theatre where we went twice during our stay and it is less than 10 mins from the Mariinsky concert hall. It was safe to walk home alone late at night. Although it is not right in the centre it has good public transport links so you can be in the centre in 10-15 mins & the fares are very cheap. The graffitti themes corridors in the photos put me off a bit because I thought it might be a cover for a tatty hotel but it is not: the hotel is almost new with excellent facilities including internet stations. I have already recommended Red Stars to my friends & will definately return on my next visit to St Petersburg.

the reception pepoel wse so frindly but the hotal is fare from city center gustien dover metro station and navisky st there where you shoud stay if you visit st peresburg theonly mean of transportaion is bus 22 tabe ater smil is very bade even for shawer poteled water in the baer is verey exbenseve and transportaion from the hotel using the hotel servis 150% haer

A clean, beautiful and well located hotel, very friendly and english spoken You are going to love it! breakfast is great!
