Personable owners with a friendly welcome. Room and ensuite both spacious and clean , bed very comfortable. Excellent english breakfast enticingly and artistically presented. An old building with very thick walls and though beside the road, no disturbing traffic noise. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Stayed at Tinhay Mill for 7 nights. Room was very clean, comfy bed. Breakfast was first class. Highly recommend here to stay.

Only stayed one night as passing through. Warm welcome on arrival, easy parking. Stayed in a twin room (Thrushel) which was pleasant, clean & comfortable - loved the kit-kat treat. An outstanding breakfast including a variety of fresh fruit with beautifully presented cooked food. Would recommend. Value for money.

This is a really well located B and B with great access to both the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall as well as other places of interest. The room was well equipped and really comfortable and homely with lots of nice little touches. The breakfasts were excellent and Suzanne was a great host.We enjoyed a lovely week there and would highly recommend it.

Only one night as we were passing through, but everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent. We walked to Lifton for supper.

The only b&b I'd stay at near the tamar valley, Suzanne and Stephen have only recently taken over, a new enterprise, but youll be taken aback in how welcome you are made, the rooms are clean, tidy and nicely decorated, everything you need is catered for, but of all things I believe the breakfast to be the best in the south west,made with fresh locally sourced produce, the sausages are a real winner. Not to mention the free kitkat in your room, always replenished with a smile. Stay at tinhay mill guesthouse you won't regret it.

We arrived on the day new owners had taken over and it seemed to go very smoothly. For breakfast we had a delicious 'full English'. Good luck to them.
