Location is spot on. Never had breakfast.

Karaoke went on to late. No chance of going to sleep until midnight 😩

It was easy to find, very comfortable, food was exceptional and the mgr was brilliant, so knowledge, helpful and friendly.

Room was above bar and it was noisy until quite late.

The room was comfortable, with good quality bedding, pillows and mattress. A comfy chair to sit on, rather than just the bed. Good quality toiletries and soft towels.

The poor quality plumbing and maintenance which caused the shower fittings to come loose when using the shower. This needs to be fixed and maintained. The old nature of the property meant that there were lots of creaking floorboards when moving around the room. This was quite disruptive at times, especially due to poor sound proofing from the adjoining room.

Private, restraunt handy very nice. Room clean.

Shower very small, no inner curtains, so dark all the time. Floors very creaky.

I stayed in the single room. Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The bathroom was in need of tlc! There was something wrong with the toilet that made it constantly run and make a noise all night, the hot tap moved and wasn’t secured and the shower looked a little grim. Also though I understand and not sure how it could be avoided as it was such a small bathroom the sink being so small made filling up water bottles and the kettle very difficult, and brushing my teeth I kept kept hitting my head on the glass shelf (probably me just being very spaciously unaware like)

Staff, food and location

Although we had a parking space, parking is limited. Leaving after stay in morning had to exit via fire escape as no staff in attendance.
