Hotel Club Le Crêt

Really good hotel with really friendly staff and great facilities

I was searching for a room with 2 friends and the triple room we selected at Hotel Club Le Cret more than met expectations. 3 adult males in one small room isn't very desirable when we are all over forty, but from the pictures it seemed this room had separate sleeping areas, and indeed it did. A double in the main room and 2 singles in a separate area with a door that could close in between. Lots of space. Balcony to each area. We were very happy. This would be ideal for friends or families alike, and the separate door means it could be closed off to kids which is a rare find in a hotel. The space meant i could bring boots and snowboard up everyday and not need to use the ski lockers, which many reviews have cited as bad. It was also possible to control the heat so it didn't get too hot or cold in the night, another issue at many hotels. The only complaint with the room was the shower head didn't stay mounted, which made it difficult to shower and the shower curtain had seen better days. Water temperature was good though. The hotel in general was ok. We didn't eat evening meals there but the breakfast was good. We used the indoor pool once, sadly not very warm. Jacuzzi and steam room were ok. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we skied, then return to shower in the pool area, which was good. In general very happy with the hotel and would stay again in similar circumstances.

All of the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are well presented and of a good size. The food variety and quality were very good. The bar is well stocked and fairly priced. A good amount of ski lockers. Conveniently located bus stop right outside. A very family friendly hotel. Amazing dog friendly hotel. Again, the staff, every one of them were very well presented, informative and friendly.

Nothing we disliked, just a note. The hot breakfasts could be a little hotter.

Evening buffet was particularly good. Breakfast ok.

Room was pretty basic, though comfortable.

Great food. Mini bus to ski lifts. Quiet and comfy bed rooms.

Did a great job with our 200 person dinner. Good food. Nice indoor pool and lunch. Had a good massage.

Dated and old changing rooms and spa area was impossible to find. Toilet kept breaking in my room. Breakfast was not good. Dried eggs, canned fruit and not much else.
