Superbe hôtel , infrastructure , animations , repas , l'accueil ... tout était parfait .

The food was amazing - no fuss, plenty of choice. The staff were all very lovely too... suited our family trip perfectly as there was something to suit everyone

rooms a little bit tired & the noise travelled from room to room - people smoking on balconies wasn't great but it's France so I guess that's just what they do! bit of a trek into town but regular shuttle bus so not too much of an issue

Excellent location. Super family atmosphere with great friendly staff. 10 min walk to centre. Bus stop immediately outside if don’t fancy walking…aside from complementary shuttle service the hotel offer. Good breakfast choice.

Staff atencioso e hotel bem localizado, com loja de Aluguer de material de ski à porta. Conforto e a meia pensão compensa bastante e tem qualidade. No dia do check out podemos utilizar as facilidades do hotel o que também é bastante positivo. O quarto é confortável e moderno.

Breakfast was great, good selection of fresh bread and pastries. Lots of board games available and space to sit and enjoy by the bar. The shuttle bus to Pleney and Super Morzine was really useful in the morning as it's a little too far to walk to the lifts. Morzine town is great and the free town bus is very useful. We enjoyed the beer and wine with dinner and selection of food.

There was always a queue for boiling eggs; scrambled eggs were lukewarm, the only fruit at breakfast was sliced grapefruit and a mixed fruit salad which was soaked in orange juice. Would have been nice to have the option of banana or unsliced fruit. This was sometimes offered at dinner so not sure why this wasn't the same in the morning... It was super family-orientated and this is great if you're there with kids! For two couples without kids, not the best.

We had a lovely large room, the evening meal was fantastic with a great selection of starters and a lovely cheese board each evening.

Not much to dislike, a short way from the centre but they solve this problem by providing a mini bus service, which was great.

Friendly and warm atmosphere.

It was too far from town to walk to either of the main lifts.
