"Omlettes for breakfast"

We loved our stay. The hotel is near the marina for easy access to Cinque Terre. Room was small but it was the last one and it was comfortable, although air con would have been good as it was hot. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very friendly. Mama Rosa will smother you with kindness.

"Excellent, ticked all the boxes!"

Wonderful, hotel was clean and tidy and despite the odd number of pieces of shell craft I would definitely stay here again! Rosa and Marco are wonderful hosts and made our stay relaxing. Breakfast is tasty and very filling and every effort is made to accommodate individual tastes. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend to others!

"Close to beach and walking distance to train stn"

Well looked after by "Mama Rosa" Walls in hotel are not soundproofed so activity in other rooms ie kids, is noticable. We would stay there again.

"Mama Rosa" and Marco were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good, much more filling than the average Italian breakfast. The location was convenient--close to the beach and easy to get to from the train station on foot.

"Very warm welcome"

Mama Rosa is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean and full of 'interesting' shell-themed decor. Breakfast included an omelette as well as the usual pastries etc. Levanto is a lovely little town with some great beach-front bars.

"wonderful place to stay - ticked all boxes."

we had a wonderful warm welcome from rosanna ,a lovely, friendly, happy lady.So useful to be able to park our car for free. Easy acsess to beach,ferry, restaurants and shops. Spotless,comfortable, spacious room, awoke to smell of freshly baked bread, pastries and italian coffee. Delightful breakfast and appreciated travel advice from Marco.Wonderful place to stay - highly recommended - we can't wait to return.

"Nice hotel"

Rosa and Marco were great. The room did not have air conditioning. It was cool in the evenings with the windows open and the shutters closed. We would stay here again. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.

"Querky hotel"

Hidden hostel down narrow lane and no parking nearby. Had to double park to check in and then move car 10 minutes away. Very friendly and warm hotel, really felt welcome. Lots of querky arts and crafts decorations.

"The hostess with the mostess"

The wee place was great and one whichbwill be very hard to forget. Rosa, who owns the b&b is a very charming and hospitable lady, it kind of felt like comming home! The room was spacious, amenities worked well- very good shower. Very central location. Full marks from us.
