Great location in the center of Cebu city. Staff was friendly.

The room was not sufficiently clean. There were stains on the curtains, black hairs on the floor and in the bed, stains all over the bathroom, and bad smell. Also, the rooms are not sufficiently isolated and you can literally hear everything that people in your neigh rooms are doing (breathing in their sleep, talking, …).

The side street the hotel is located in is really dirty/doggy even though the hotel rooms give a way better experience No real lobby, just a small desk for Checkin

Stayed here for the weekend during my sister's oath taking ceremony. It was tucked quitely just walking distance into Cebu IT Park. I liked that it's very near some convenience store and carinderias which employees from nearby BPO offices go to for their meals. It was also near our relatives place as well as Ayala Central Bloc Mall, other restaurants/ fastfood chains and Sugbo Mercado, which is convenient for us. The place has hot&cold shower as well.

There was just a slight missed with the room I initially booked. I wanted a double bed but got a two single bed room, which the receptionist asked if they wanted me to wait a while to prepare for a double bed room. I just let it be the 2 single bed room, and this did not really affect the stay. I guess the only downside is the unpaved road leading to the hotel, which was poorly lit at night.

The surroundings outside are dirty and smelly.

Big room, clean, have free water refiller outside the room, easy and fast check in and check out.

No hot water for shower
