Alba Uno Hotel

１泊分余分に請求されてました、返金を申し込みましたがクレジットカードなので返金できないとのこと、ぼったくりホテルです。皆さん気を付けてください。金返せ！！！！ 連絡は入れております、こちらからのメールしても返事がないのはこのホテル側ですWiseから返金したとのことですが入金はございません、嘘をつくのはいい加減にしてください！ 返金する意思がないホテルです！

Location is really good. Room size that we got is big and the bed is a king size, perfect for my family with a 3-year old. Hot and cold shower is perfect!

Sewage smell at the entrance and the surroundings outside of the entrance. Parking is tight. Internet connection for Globe data is slow, it was challenging to work remotely with the internet situation.

the room is spacious and lights were perfect at night. The air-conditioner also is working well. They give free water and also there's a water dispenser outside the room.

the sink was broken., but luckily they fixed it right away. I thought the bedsheet will be changed everyday but it wasn't.

The room was nice, and the amenities in the suite were comfortable.

The receptionist who checked me in was very rude and unprofessional. This behaviour greatly influenced my decision to stay at this hotel again. It is unacceptable to respond with "yeah, whatever," while turning your back on a customer and using your phone when they are inquiring about check-out times.
