La puscina tenia demasiado cloro, la limpieza en la habitacion muy mala limpian con agua sucia y babosa, el agua de bañarse y de cepillarse subia con un muy mal olor, inodoro y bañera tapada y habia poca variedad en el bufette en carnes, etc.

Small property but clean

The bathroom, water faucet smells so bad. The water in the pool was dirty too. Very poor and limited variety of Food, and everyday was almost the same. In general i will want NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. i have been in Punta Cana many times and this is the worst place that i havce seen so far. The hotel has nothing to do with what was advertised and there are seaweed everywhere and it is not being maintained or cleaned in front the hotel. We had to walk 1/2 mile every day to get to a clean beach . They first couple days had to move us to a new room because of a broken AC

The facilities are out dated. Roaches were present, tv didn't work. Room never got cleaned, too many flies in the restaurant, beach was dirty,

The experience was terrible. We had to change to 4 rooms to finally be in a room that was satisfactory. The 1st room the door will not open, after 1 hour of waiting, that when they decide to get us another room. The 2nd room was flooded with water from the bathroom. One of my bags and clothes were ruined. The 3rd room, the AC didn’t work properly, we slept very uncomfortable. All these in less then 24 hours. The staff showed no empathy and never showed urgency. The worst experience I ever had in a resort.

The bathroom was dirty, water smells so bad. On Monday we had to move to other place because there were not electricity and water in the property. The water in the pool was dirty too. They have poor variety Food, no meat, and everyday was the same. In general i dont want to recommend this hotel to any want.

The worse experience! The seaweed that’s piled up in front of the beach. It’s stank really bad and was there the whole 4 nights I stayed at this hotel. Who knows how long’s it’s been there but by the looks and smell of it, def a long time. We had to walk over to another beach to be able to enjoy the water and not smell the rotten piled up seaweed. This hotel is not ocean front. You need to go through another hotel in order to access the beach. The staff was horrible from the moment we walked in to check in the person took a long time to attend to us and when she did she got distracted with another guest who already being taken care off. By the way this hotel is full of Columbians and I guess because I’m not Columbian I wasn’t a priority. The food was horrible and it made my stomach hurt. The restaurant that was included was part of the snack bar and when we reserved we were served snacks! The whole staff were not friendly at all! The bathroom advertised on Expedia did not look like it at all. See pictures of sink and handle! The water from the bathroom smell like seaweed and poop! The entertainment was trash. One of the bar tender was super drunk and served my cousin the wrong drink twice and even after she call her out on it she had an attitude. The uber driver who picked usup to drive us to the airport noticed how uncomfortable and upset we were and said we are not the only ones who leave unhappy some have left super sick with rashes stomach issues etc. Just don’t!!

the rooms themselves are not great, the buffet lunch is not bad, but not the best either. the employees are incredible people with boundless positivity and friendliness, they and the palm trees made my stay unforgettable, by the way there was a lot of algae on the beach that smelled
