Nada mas entre al barrio el olor a aguas albañales estaba en todos lados, y cuando entré a la habitacion, mi unica decision era que me quedaria primero a dormir en el auto que en esa habitacion, horrible los muebles viejos obscurity y no se repiraba un ambiente seguro, al final no me quede en el hotel ni 5 minutes y me fui , mi sugerencia e expidia, siendo yo un cliente de tanto años es que retiren este hotel de sus ofertas ya que no cumple con los minims standards de un hotel, mas tarde hare un claim para mi reembolso.

Great people and good packages for trips

It was all good but our bed was hard as a rock and our power kept turning off and the tv did not work and the water was cold until we asked for a new room . Other then that our stay was pretty good.

Not good, poor food and staff was not good pool had broken parts and mold

I hated everything about the food. The first day I went to the snack bar, there were flies everywhere. It was such a turn off! The food at the buffet was not good either, I just left and bought food on the road or at Bavaro Beach next door. The bathroom was so hard to look at. In between the tiles were brown and look like they years of dirt and soap scum trapped and the pipes were rusty and clearly old and needing replacement. The lady said it was “wear and tear due to cleaning” WHAT!!!? I showered in cold water because there was just no hot water. On the last morning I had to leave the shower running for 20min before it got a little lukewarm. Shout out to Erick though, he tried his best to make me feel comfortable and even got the restaurant to give me a whole cake for my birthday. Overall, this hotel needs some serious upgrades to even be considered anything more than a 2 star hotel.

A la carte restaurant is terrible, slow. Buffet mediocre and unless you are early they don’t replensish the food. Few staff speak English. Tiny amount of cocktails on the menu and all made with cheapest liquor and often don’t have the ingredients for all of them. Can be very noisy. Small pools. Only upside is a couple of the bar staff are great. Beach is terrible covered in seaweed and smelly so cannot get to the sea. Sister hotel charged $50 for a day pass

The hotel has nothing to do with what was advertised, very poor conditions, the beach full of seaweed and smelly, the food was old, not tasty, the rooms were dirty, very poor hygiene

Después de estar en las instalaciones quise reservar en los restaurantes que aparecían en mi booking que tenían disponible y me encontré con la sorpresa que solo había 1 restaurante disponible, no tenían variedad en la comida, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, en general no me gustó la experiencia en este supuesto Resort

The room was not what it seemed to look like in the photo the shower was very small the shower head was not working properly, the toilet was leaking water from the base of the toilet and half the time wouldn’t flush properly, the faucet for the washroom sink was very loose, water smelt bad coming from the shower, the food was ok.
