Mirador Hotel Kaohsiung

The service provided by the hotel is very commendable, attentive and helpful. One constraint is that the lift is pretty small but room size is alright. Breakfast was available in chinese and western selection, both selection is delicious. The location is about 500m away from 2 night markets and they can lend you bicycles if you ever need it to travel to the night market or nearby vicinity. Thumbs up Mirador. Stayed in this hotel in August 2017.

性價比可以，唯獨距捷運站走路有點遠。

旅店有免費停車場但位置有限，服務人員親切快速，房間空間夠大，床墊是我喜歡的軟床非常棒，可惜浴室通風不良有發霉及衞浴設備老舊的問題，房間算乾淨但發現有螞蟻出沒！另外附送的早餐味道不優。 但離新崛江商圈、六合夜市都滿近的，交通方便，整體來說還可以！

早餐非常差

飯店裝潢用心！很有巧思！但早餐希望能在多元化一點，有點太過普通又份量小。第一晚住深夜快12點沒熱水，跟服務人員說結果說等等再開應該就好了，結果在浴室光身體等了15分鐘，再播一通電話說要等明天修理⋯ 最後洗冷水快感冒⋯約12點多打來通知隔天退五百元，也算主動告知賠償，而不是等客人去反應，就不計較了⋯ 床鋪是白色床單，但覺得沒有清理很乾淨，枕巾已變得比床單黑，所以要自行鋪衣服在枕頭上睡比較心安 第四天要退房早上火警警報響，不清楚原因，但會讓人有點不知道發生什麼事而害怕。 但飯店人員態度很好，位置也很好，如果早餐及床巾有改進，才會再考慮入住。

整體不錯 房間很大 房間整理有待改善 空調時冷時的 5樓餐廳早餐好吃 5樓天空花園很特別 還有一個很特別的升降機

A charming hotel downtown Kaohsiung. The staff is definitely Mirador's greatest asset - they are all extremely polite, speak good English and come across as very helpful. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace - with a choice of Western and Chinese options. The elevator is just hilarious - very "kawaii" with a little bench and other decorations. I loved the amenities in the room: herbal toiletries of unusually high quality and nice tea. The room was very well maintained. The only reason why I'm awarding 4 out of 5 is because the cleanliness of the bathroom. The Japanese-style deep soaking bathtub could use some cleaning…

Its was amazing for the service provided by the staff. The only area to be improve on will be the bathroom as the lighting is too dark.
