The breakfast menu is confusing. It suggests you need to pay for a hot breakfast but we weren't charged?

No bath robes room. Was offered complimentary glass of wine on my arrival but only could offer red and I drink white only. When I asked if I could have a glass of white I was told sorry no and that was it! I would have expected both could have been offered and perhaps not the best thing to Happen on my first visit to the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike

GBGBFood was excellent. Restaurant staff very attentive. Outdoor pool a treat but had to pay extra. Small gifts for the kids- a lovely touch. Late check out useful.
Issue with the bath taps - some kind of specs of dirt coming out of them. Receptionist not very apologetic about this.
