Summer Hotel

A nice hotel - we stayed here in 2023 and 2024. Pleasant staff, clean rooms and nice pool area. Food was a bit boring and repetitive but not awful. If you’re vegan/veggie choices are limited. Great location! Just 5 mins from the beach and easy to get a bus into Barcelona plus plenty of places for drinks and shopping nearby.

The hotel was always clean and the staff especially Andrea on the counter were always extremely pleasant. A short walk to the town centre and beach. Service by the poolside bar was quick and little waiting time. Beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning.

When it came close to the end of meal time you felt rushed to leave whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner. For example 10am was the time you had to be out of room rather than last orders. Also little choice of snack during the day for all inclusive. However for the price you can't complain too much.

Not a 4 star hotel by any means Good points first: Hotel itself is good, rooms clean, beds slightly firm but was fine. Showers and wash room was fine too. located not far from anything beach was a 5 min walk and shops and bars a stone throw away. Hotel Bar was alright not much options even though all inclusive, estrella was on tap and a few cocktails to pick from, pool is decent enough but no entertainment so would be no good for family holiday at all. Bad points: Food is horrendous!!! Do not expect to eat at this hotel i was in bed for 2 days with an upset stomach! Food is stone cold even the stuff they bring out fresh from the kitchen is freezing. Like i say i was in bed for 2 days with food poisining absoulte disgrace. Sun loungers there are not enough for the ammount of guests they have, half of them are situated under tarpooling so they get no sun and towels are on the 'good ones' by 8am Overall worth staying for where it is located but be prepared to treat it as a self catering holiday when staying here

Hotel receptionist Andrea was very friendly went up and beyond to help all guest with her friendly and welcoming presence and true asset to this hotel. Hotel rooms cleaned daily too a good standards the food is very repetitive that is the only down fall I would say. The drinks are good and they offer a wide range , close the the beach and attractions, overall not disappointed by this trip would recommend

My twin daughters(22) and son(18)took me here. On arrival, receptionist seemed uninterested. Accommodation, 2 beds pushed together. Air con not working properly. Distance from beach not true. Food seemingly ok in hotel but 4 of us got food poisoning. Daughters left after 3 days. Staff not pleasant.

Avoid at all costs. A complete con and rip off. Arrived with my 15 year old 6ft 4 son and was given a room with a double bed pushed against a wall. Totally inappropriate. Food was absolutely diabolical. Every other day orange juice machine was not working. I went behind the machine and it was turned off. I turned it on and was working. Total con. Cheap crap meat every day and all undercooked. The pool bar had no chips available any day but states burgers, toasties and chips available. Ask for a burger and you feel like your begging for it and the man with the cross earring working at tge pool bar is the most ignorant pig I ever came across. His attitude is totally unacceptable. It's like your annoying him by asking him for anything. And don't ask for an ice cube because that would be way too much bother. Wouldn't give the kids change for snooker or vending machine. He doesn't want to be there and we felt we didn't want him to be there either. Lots of other people at the pool were talking about him and his attitude. He does not know the words please or thank you. Has a puss on hos face all day. Kids were afraid to go to him and would ask adults to go instead. Would not return here was an awful experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. Total con.

What is advertised on website is most certainly not what you will get. I wouldn't reccomend to stay at this hotel at all. We booked for one week all inclusive, but what we got was not acceptable as food was horrendous. Out of the three sittings, breakfast was the best, if you liked eggs, lunch was horrible and dinner was the same food as lunch, so we had no choice but to eat out for dinner. The pool bar the only choice for snacks was a toasted sandwhich or half-cooked burger. For the kids, the only choice of drink was soft drinks and slushies. Ice cream was only served at dinner, which was at 7:30 in the evening. When we arrived to check in we were told nothing about the hotel, just handed a sheet of paper, and given our keycard. I asked about a safe, and was told to come back the next morning. When we got to our room, I could've cried, as there was two double beds pushed together for the four of us. I am a mother with three sons, fifthteen, twelve, and ten, two of which are over the height of six foot, and was very inappropriate for me to share a bed with children of said age. I went to reception to ask to change rooms, but i was told no as they said they didn't have any other available rooms for us, I then asked for atleast another bed, but was yet again told no, I ended up having to purchase a blow up sunbed for my youngest to sleep in for the duration of the holiday. Most of the staff were nice and polite, but one staff member in particular, a male, who wore a cross earring was the most rude and abrupt person i ever came across in the service industry, he never smiled, if you asked for a drink, he let you know that he did not want to do it, and my friend who accompanied us with her son on the holiday mentioned to this bar man there was no toilet paper in the pool toilet, and he shouted at her "go tell her" (while pointing to the receptionist), This had happened multiple times. On the last day of the holiday, after we had checked out, while waiting in the reception area to be picked up at the airport, the kids wanted to use the vending machine and play a game of snooker, and asked the receptionist for change, she sent him the ignorant bar man, he shouted at him "ask her" (refering to the receptionist). At this point, my friend had enough and went to the manager to ask her for the change and explain what was going on with the staff, and how unacceptable their attitude was towards us. She was very apologetic and had given us the change. She had also given the staff members a good talking to. The receptionist apologised shortly after and the bar man had said nothing to us. I would not reccomend staying at this hotel.

We arrived around 2am and were given only 2 double beds pushed together for 5 people. The guy at reception was no help and couldn't care less. We waited till the following afternoon for a very cramped room( far to small for 5) with an extra single bed. The beds were rock hard and one was caved in down the middle. We were all inclusive but staff were often unavailable or unhelpful and Mostly looked like we were an inconvenience. Towels and toilet roll weren't replenished & we had to ask at reception for them. They were reluctant to make Snacks which mostly only consisted of sandwich or occasionally burgers ( when they had bread rolls), no icecream or chips which they said were out of stock even though they were part of every lunch and dinner. The rest of the food was very basic & repetitive with almost the same every meal time. With random stuff like onion rings & springrolls at breakfast time. Drinks were fizzy pop, one beer and most cocktails came out of a machine. The only place to sit in the evening is in reception or next to the pool were we got bitten by bugs. There is also groups of young lads partying in their rooms till midnight & returning to there rooms loudly in early hours. When they're in the small pool they take over with no consideration for anyone else. To finish it all off the 30min airport transfer took 2 & half hours as it went to many other towns collecting people till full.

Booked as family of 5 all inclusive. They gave us our room with.only 2.double beds ( arrived 2am) Told to.use the.room.all.they.have. called Love holidays who didn't help. The following day 2pm we got given a room for 5 people , which was nice , however the beds were rock hard!!! Food !!!!! Crap! Cold and same everyday Had to email love holiday agsin ! As no food or ice- cream on offer between meals. When I asked they said didn't have any chips or rolls to make burgers. The next day ( after email) had snacks at the pool bar and the other guests who were also all inclusive didn't know were available, because lack of it... Staff- acouple of them ( guys) seemed like everything was far too much effect and really obviously don't want to be there. Area- very little to do, but nice just for a chilled beach holiday This hotel is more like 2* or 3 at very best! DONT BOTHER WITH ALL INCLUSIVE, NOT WORTH IT.
