Overall the experience was ok, the first day we got there we were told we could only have drinks with rum or tequila as they ran out of everything else untill tomorrow, there was no music or entertainment in the hotel so if that’s what you’re looking for then this hotel isn’t for you, the food was subpar at best lunch and dinner was the same nothing different food was warm But the moment it touched your plate was cold, all the fish contained bones so you spent half the time digging out the bones, room was fine balcony was ok there was a couple times where we had to go to security as the door key wasn’t working beds were made everyday apart from the last two days bedding wasn’t changed just made, on the plus side we did get new towels every day. Over all was ok would I stay here again no.

We stayed in this hotel for seven nights. I honestly don’t understand how people can leave a positive review for this place. It was the worst place. Bed was very uncomfortable ,daily housekeeping was just making up the bed and changing the towels. Bedsheets were not changed, floor not hoovered or cleaned. Food was unbelievably bad for a “4 star” hotel, every day the same not much choice . We were on all inclusive but don’t had even a bottle of water in the room for night. Mini fridge in the room empty, we had to buy drinks from outside. If we went to the bar for drinks it was all watered up and served in a plastic cup, it felt like you begging. Please don’t waste your holiday and money on this place

Como hotel tengo contradicciociones. Yo lo llamararia el hotel de los recortes, la limpieza se dejó sin ponernos toallas y tuvimos que reclamarlas, tardamos muchísimo en el check in , la chica del comedor lanzaba los manteles a la mesa corriendo y arrastraba mesas y sillas para dar servicio…y todo esto por hacer las mínimas contrataciones y exprimir a lo que hay. Pero por otro lado gracias a estas personas te hacen sentir a gusto son muy atentos dentro de su caos Lo que sí que es para destacar es la comida , poca variedad pero la calidad es buena comparándola con los alrededores . Volvería? No te sé decir, según la oferta supongo

The hotel is located in walking distance to the town center and the beach. The hotel was nice, clean, small but comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. We had all inclusive and the burgers by the pool area were a nice touch. Most of the staff were very friendly and nice. However we did not receive a proper welcome when we arrived.

We had 2 rooms , in one room both beds were very weak and looks as broken. We had to put blankets under the mattress to make it more firm. The wardrobe doors did not work. Room 412. When we arrived past midnight we were promised by Ilona a cold dinner, but she forgot about it. At least the 4 children were not hungry, as this would be the complete disaster. The staff member that works at night at reception area is not very good at communicating. He did not welcome us. Did not greet us. Did not explain anything about the hotel and about the facilities. We were not informed what is included in our all - inclusive package. He barely said a word. Not a good experience. The food was good enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the photo that attracted us from the time of booking was the sushi bar. Manager at the restaurant explained that they don’t do sushi. Maybe booking.com needs to remove this photo.

El hotel en sí no está mal, pero a la habitación que nos tocó le faltaba mantenimiento, apenas luz en el lavabo, secador no funcionaba y puerta balconera no cerraba. En la comida había un poco de todo. Creo que no es para 4 estrellas pero para pasar un par de días, es correcto. El personal de lo mejor.

Stuff of the hotel was extremely friendly, helpful and open-minded. Our room was spacious, we appreciated the size of beds (2 beds 140 cm each for our double room)

The cleaning could be better and more attentive to the details Swimming pool side was often noisy and it disturbed us Food choices could be better as well

Bedroom was large.

Food was terrible . Bathroom facilities were in need of upgrade .
