Wow. Where to even begin? This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone here clearly works hard to make their guests feel welcome. We were greeted on arrival with a complementary welcome drink and a friendly chat about where everything was and we were entitled to. Every day we were met with a friendly hello, by name, as we moved about the hotel. The staff happily accommodated every request we made. I have never been made to feel so at home in a hotel before. The room was clean and peaceful, the grounds were beautiful and the food delicious. Despite only two nights here we were very sad to leave and this was the highlight of our holiday in Costa Rica and we would love to come back. The staff were all wonderful but particular thanks to Jason for his lovely welcome and Erick for taking such good care of us at meal times and pouring some fantastic cocktails! Pura vida!
