The service wss fantastic. The staff new your first name from our first dinner onward. They were super courteous, very professional abd most importantly friendly It appeared that they realky enjoyed their job. I highly recommend staying here to anyone. The food was fantastic....

Amazing accommodations. Cant say enough greatness about the staff, very accommodating. Erik is a very special person, on the wait staff. Pura Vida !! The team at reception fantastic today. Property is beautiful, many hiking trails, Shout out to Rolando too !!

The staff in every department was outstanding. Especially the front desk. In particular, I'd like to say that Jason and Rebecca M. were particularly attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. As long as they are there, we will return. They are true hospitality professional.

Good property with excellent restaurant albeit overpriced because they offer New York process… hotel is expensive for what it offers and there were s few broken fixtures in the bathroom which is not acceptable at these process… most attractions near the area and around Costa Rica felt too touristy (tourist traps).
