Gostei muito da estrutura do quarto e do atendimento na recepção. O serviço de manobrista também foi muito solícito e cuidadoso. A qualidade dos itens oferecidos no café da manhã é excelente.

Recebemos informação sobre o horário de café da manhã às 7h, mas percebemos que ele não foi observado no hotel. Havia um grupo grande de pessoas para um evento em Porto Alegre, e o restaurante do café da manhã foi "invadido" antes do horário. O staff não estava preparado para essa antecipação, e os hóspedes que respeitaram o horário informado pelo hotel tiveram problemas com o serviço.
