地理位置優越，樓下有Lawson 便利店、對面有Mint Shopping Mall （B1/F 有Aeon超市）、 經A23出口直通地下街商店/餐廳、阪急百貨、地下鐵及阪神阪急，機場巴士站就在附近。

冷氣的出風口風速太弱了，房間很焗熱睡不著，要向前台借一台電風扇。
