Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu REI Hotel

Location is amazing and the hotel it’s really good. Room was clean, water for free, I highly recommend it.

Room is a little bit small, however most of the hotels in Japan are small so it’s okay.

Good location, near station. I complained about the room temperature and they explained that the AC is central, they team bring me a fan for the solution...appreciate it although its still quite hot, it, solve the problem a bit...

The AC is ridiculously central, no way to set based on my needs, no way to open the window, I stayed in spring, the weather is getting warm but they set it on 24-27 degree celsius. (24 should be ok but it feels like 27 anyway).

チェックインでは、オートで行う作業だったが荷物引き換えの後にその案内をされたため、片手の操作で不便だったし、重かった。なのに案内をする女性が捲し立て口調てとても疲れた。
