The staff is friendly and place is clean.

The hot tub water never got hot it stayed like room temp. And the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

"Was very good considering how cold out it was, the front desk people are extremely nice and accommod"

Loved the room, nice size comfortable beds. Having a fridge and microwave with coffee pot was helpful.

Being on the third floor with someone that has trouble walking was difficult, also the carpet was not very clean, nail clippings all over.

"A relaxing night"

It was very cozy, and the bed was super soft. The complimentary breakfast was good, and overall, the hotel was quiet and relaxing!

The pool was closed for maintenance, which is something I always look forward to when staying at a hotel. Could have had better lighting in some areas of the room, but it was still nice.

I was not aware when booking the indoor pool was closed due to no heater. Was not updated on website. Kids were very disappointed no swimming. Bathroom 309 needs total clean and maintenance. Mold

Carpet in front lobby elevator needs replacing. It is sticky and a trip hazard. Coffee was very bitter.
