Definitely below the standards I expect and find consistently with other Holiday Inns. Poorly maintained, not very clean and their pool was closed the whole time we were there. Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful.

Was on the first floor by the door.

Pool wasn’t usable, washing machine was broken, and they put the food utensils right in with the food, which is a violation of food code, for breakfast.

"NOPE "

Hotel was nothing like the pictures. The hotel is run down and needs repairs. I pulled out the fold out coach to make my daughter's bed and there was a bag of chips inside. I saw a picture of a hot tub so I was excited to soak in that while the kids were swimming. Unfortunately the hot tub was all boarded up and the indoor pool was the coldest we’ve been to yet. The pool looks absolutely nothing like the picture and it looks they are trying to paint around the pool but never finished? Carpet in the hallways are coming up and looks like a bad job.

"Enjoyed the bed everything else was thumbs down"

Everything was broken or being remodeled. None of the amenities were in order and even morning breakfast had no hot food for one day. Which i understand things happen but about everything In the hotel was not up to par for the price of the hotel per day. Not worth it
