"I hope that we will be back here another time. Had a great time."

The bartenders at the adult only Pool were fantastic. Took good care of us. We had an emergency and Kelvin helped us out by getting a wheelchair and helping my daughter get to our room.

Our refrigerator door did not stay shut, but we propped it up with the chair so it worked fine. I wish there were washcloths, but not a huge problem.

Su estructura, muy lindas las habitaciones, la limpieza.

El personal de los restaurantes, buscan la excusa para no darte una mesa, atienden mal, el servicio es muy por debajo de la media, llegan mal los pedidos que haces, lentos, platos fríos. Hay mucho para mejorar en este punto.

Hermoso hotel, muy renovado, habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Gran organización de eventos y fiestas para divertirse.

La atención del personal en los restaurantes es muy mala, realmente deben trabajar mucho para mejorar este punto.

Si, lindo alojamiento, bien ubicado, hermosos espacios, buen desayuno.

El personal se destaca por dar una mala atención, escapan a brindarte un buen servicio y eso hace que la estancia no sea amena.

Instalaciones muy amplias y cómodas, excelente aseo en todas las áreas . Muy buenas opciones de menú en los restaurantes. Habitación muy cómoda y excelente aseo. Muy buen trato de la mayoría de los empleados en bares y restaurantes.

No tengo comentarios negativos.

"Lindo, pero no excelente"

Me gustó las instalaciones modernas, el show bueno, la comida era casi siempre lo mismo en el buffet, la atención no fue tan buena, excepciones de algunas personas como el ruso, la comida en los restaurantes no era tan buena , solo algunos platos, los toboganes bien pero sería bueno pongan más seguridad, cierra muy temprano .

La atención de algunos empleados del hotel , deja mucho que desear, deberían realizar más capacitaciones para una atención al cliente mucho mejor, habían excepciones, la limpieza no era de lo mejor, un día no limpiaron mi habitación.
