-THE BED WAS SAGGING CAUSING PAIN IN THE SPINE - A/C was making excessive noise. -It took a long time to contact management, two trainees appeared but never closed the issues. - Could not even have a cup of tea in the morning even after multiple requests. EXPECT A PARTIAL REFUND:

Room was very spacious

There was a water issue the last day of our stay. We asked for a complementary late check out and they did not granted. We didn’t think they handled the issue very well, they pretty much didn’t care about us not being able to shower and get ready to check out.
