Foi-nos atribuído quarto no primeiro andar, com janela para a rua principal, ouvia-se demasiado os carros a passar.

The staff were very nice. Room is very clean and smells good and fresh, even the elevator smells like spa. We asked for a transportation to go to the Handcrafts Market and they called us a taxi. My daughter also asked for a massage last minute and they have an availability.

My daughter and I wanted to have a glass of drink at night. I asked if there was a bar and the front desk said its at the 4th floor. We got excited but easily got disappointed when none of the drinks that we want or ordered is not available. I asked first if they serve wine by the glass and the server said only bottles. Then we ordered cocktails, Tequila Sunrise and said she cant make it because they dont have orange juice. No margarita because they dont have lime and again no Sangria. The server has to look up the ingredients and i dont think she really knows how to make them. So finally, she came to me and said that she will serve wine by the glass. The wine pour is very little for 55Q.

This hotel is in a nice, safe and convenient location for a short stop-over in Guatemala City. We stayed in a medium-grade room which was more spacious than average. Nice bathroom with an excellent shower and hot water pressure. Quality furnishings and bedding. We enjoyed the rooftop cafe in attractive surroundings. The calm atmosphere is reinforced with green spaces around the hotel. We did not experience any street noise because our room was set well back. The Zona 10 district has much to offer, including a great restaurant area at nearby Oakland Mall. Head westwards when leaving at night because the street lighting is much better than the shorter east-bound route. All staff were helpful and courteous, especially the doorman who minds the front security gate. Wifi worked well in the room and at the restaurant. Recommended!

Todo estuvo bien solo q la primera habitación se nos asignó habian hormigas y la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y nos hicieron un cambio de habitación donde todo esta bien

El tema de la habitacion con hormigas y tambien que no ponian mucho papel

Hotel moderno, muy limpio y bien ubicado
