Gute Lage, in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Grosses Zimmer. Transfer zum Flughafen hat super geklappt.

Bett war zu weich. Essen war „okay“.

los desayunos fueron espectaculares. Deliciosos y con una vista genial del rooftop.

Habitación 18: 1. la ducha no tenía donde apoyar los recipientes de jabón líquido. 2. si se quería reutilizar la toalla de cuerpo, no había donde extenderla para que se secara. 3. El concepto de cabina abierta no es tan funcional en un baño pequeño. como no había puerta en la ducha, se inundaba el piso del baño y me tocaba secar y escurrir la toalla de piso.

There is no refrigerator in the room. Some of the waitresses need to be more attentive to the guest needs

Die Rezeption hat teilweise nicht so gutes Englisch gesprochen und hätten teilweise freundlicher sein können. Ebenso stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht im vergleich zum sonstigen Niveau in Guatemala. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ok
