Nice and affordable

Toilet, shower, table tops, floors, and sheets were dirty.

The place is very dirty, I ended up cleaning the room myself because it was obviously not cleaned before our stay

AVOID! We read the rough reviews and figured we just needed a bed. We are pretty laid back people and didn’t have high expectations. We killed so many bugs in the five minutes that we were there. There was spiderwebs on the door and in the room and my boyfriend killed what looked like a baby cockroach. We ended up driving around at 11pm to find a new place to stay. Then we showered at our new place because we felt dirty from this place. The guy at check in was so rude and the place was so dirty, we just left.

Hotel is cozy and clean. Just a short walk from the public beach, steam boat, and all the cafes and restaurants in the village. Staff was nice, check in fast, and tge room had everything we needed.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Inn. We like it because it is close to the event park across the street. The lady at the desk did not seem to know what to do when we checked in. She was very flustered and had a hard time checking us in. We found hair in the bed and in the bathroom that was not ours. The next day were gone for over 6 hours and our room was not cleaned. We then had to leave for over 30mins for her to take care of it. We were not happy at all about this.

I booked this hotel because I was attending an event at the Tiki Resort across the street and it was the closest hotel. It was completely over priced for what it offers. While the beds were made, the room was dirty. There were dirty handprints on the walls, doors, and light switches. One bed had a stain on the blanket. Fairly certain there was a blood stain on the floor by the toilet. Although it was convenient for my purposes, it was not worth the $330 I paid for the two nights. In talking to other guests, I wasn't the only one with complaints. I would not recommend staying here.

I would never stay at this location again. The woman in the office was very unfriendly as well as very unknowledgeable. Was told I couldn't check in until AFTER 3 when check in is 3. I asked for a breakdown of the charge for my room because it didn't match the total I had received by email, the woman in the office was unable to give that to me. Later when I went to the office again to ask for wi-fi password she told me that they had overcharged me by $5.00 and that they credited my card for that, still no breakdown of the charges. There were ants in the room, the walls and floors were not clean. Would not recommend.
