Highly overpriced. Rooms and Services are mediocre.

The property was dirty and loud. The beds however were comfortable.

If your looking for a place close to downtown this is not the place to stay.. It was ok for us coz it closer to the dog beach.. Room was small but its clean the only problem was the sheets wasn’t changed and theres hair on our pillow.. Good thing we always bring our own sheet for extra warm at night.. No pool if your expecting it.. Price is affordable for us since it was just a last minute decision to come to lake george.. There’s good places to eat around the area.. If were planning to stay again with an affortable price we might stay here again..

Our room had a mini fridge, a microwave and cable tv. The bathroom was huge and clean. The bed was clean, smelled lovely and was comfortable. The location of this hotel is amazing and the owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Did not like that the faucet for the shower did not work right. And there was no dryer.

It was only a one night stay but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was simple and clean. The room didnt smell old or moldy. Somone was at the front desk until midnight or at least the last check-in. Overall, great price. Just wish there was a vending machine to buy water on the premises. I personally didnt walk around the whole premises looking for one. The one i saw was just for snacks and i woke up thirsty in the middle of the night. My neighbor actually gave me some... would deff stay again!!!

Dirty. Gross.

The office closed before we arrived (before the posted closing hours), and our key was taped to the door of the office. Our room was next door to the housekeeping area, and dirty linens were in garbage bags around our room door. There were carpenter ants in our room when we arrived, and two sets of towels (even though we had registered 3 adults). The next night when we returned from a full day, the room hadn't been cleaned, and we had to inquire for towels for the morning. The towel rack fell off the wall, and there were just blinds in the window, which didn't begin to keep the light out from the parking lot. When we checked out, there was no one in the office to tell our concerns to, or indeed to take our key, which we left on the desk! We could have shared our concerns if there was anyone in the office to speak to. I've stayed in worse properties, but the service here was absolutely nonexistent. The worst part of this was that we had booked a room (we thought) at the Lake Crest Inn, which was a MUCH nicer property. The photos we viewed at the expedia site were of the nicer property, and some of our booking confirmations had the name of the nicer property. I wonder if we paid for the nicer property and got the bad one. This will make me very leery of booking through expedia in the future, and I've been satisfied in the past.
