super clean super nice the only bad thing is that it had snowed about s 30 inches, and i had an upper level room and the stairs were icy

Service was terrible. Employee was miserable. Creepy man poking around with her.

The room was not clean had a used bar of soap in shower with a bug stuck to it and hair all over the toilet. floor was full of dust bunnys staf was like watching jerry Springer

Staff is amazing could not be more helpful. Room was comfortable great location for the price

Will never go back. The room was rough. Holes that just had drywall compound smeared on my friend found a terrible soft spot in the floor by the bathtub she’s lucky she didn’t fall through probably thanks to the linoleum holding the floor together. The door locked but if you pushed on it it would pop right open. We went to bed about 11 and the entire night people were partying right outside our door and right in front of my car they were loud and obnoxious.

My husband checked us in while i waited in the car with the kids. We opened the door, and at first thought hmm, ok not terrible. We started unpacking the kids and belongings from the car. Walked around the bed towards the bathroom and looked down at the uneven, soft squishy flooring with broken jagged tiles. I told my husband i would be right back- closed the door and left him with the baby. I took my 2 year old with me because i did not want him touching anything. The lock on the door was broken- definitely NOT safe. I went up to the front desk to ask for another room and found the desk attendant to be under the influence of something. Decided to just check out- when i asked for a receipt with time on it stating we checked out within 40 minutes of being there- she could not figure it out on the computer, so she handwrote the time in pencil after erasing it because she was incapable of writing it correctly. She sat behind the desk, asking if i had my dog with me- she couldnt even tell it is a child- thats how intoxicated she was. She said if i wanted a refund to call and ask for Laura or Sam. When i called looking- they were not there. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Most disgusting place I have been in.!!! You (Travelocity)should remove from your website if you value your clients. Needless to say, I did not get a refund and had to get a hotel further down the street(which was clean and safe)

hotels.com charged me for the room and lake view charged me when i arrived

Very run down. Not maintained at all. Beds were hard as a rock. Toilet was 6 inches from tub. Shower had no pressure. Ran out of hot water within 2 minutes. The best thing about this hotel was the short distance to the Adirondack Nationals.
